It is set within the grounds of the owner’s home and has been carefully renovated into a peaceful and idyllic country cottage. With a number of period features such as the exposed beams, which are complimented by the modern fixtures the property now houses. Internally, the property has a living room, fitted kitchen with a dining area. Upstairs has one double bedroom with a separate bathroom and WC. Externally, the property has a large outdoor patio with access across the owners ground and use of their tennis court. Garden furniture and a barbecue has been provided.
